The expert reports (only available in german) cover the following topics and were prepared by WIK-Consult and zafaco GmbH:
1. the requirements of multi-person households
2. the inclusion of further quality parameters
3. the suitability of transmission technologies
4. the development of a valid database
The reports resulted from a motion for a resolution by the Digital Affairs Committee of the German Bundestag on May 11, 2022.
In the first quarter of 2024, the Federal Network Agency will prepare a report to evaluate the minimum requirements. The result will be agreed upon with the Federal Ministry of Digital Affairs and Transport and the Digital Affairs Committee of the German Bundestag.
If necessary, the minimum requirements from the TKMV are adjusted based on the test report.
