EM stress test: streaming, surfing and telephoning put to the test
To ensure that the results were as practical as possible, the zafaco team of experts analysed the quality of the services in the five dimensions of stability, telephony, data, surfing and streaming.

Particular attention was paid to network capacity during the European Football Championship in order to test the performance of Internet providers and streaming platforms under real-life conditions. The result: If you want to watch TV or stream, surf the Internet and make phone calls at the same time, you have to expect performance losses with the lower-ranked providers.

Important decision-making aid
Christoph Sudhues, founder and managing partner of zafaco GmbH, explains: ‘Our test, with its particularly precise methodology, provides consumers with an important decision-making aid when choosing an Internet provider.
