For the first time, IMTEST, the consumer magazine of the FUNKE media group, included local and national providers of broadband DSL, cable and fibre optic connections in the test.
Based on the 2020/21 annual report on broadband measurement published by the Federal Network Agency (BNetzA), IMTEST and the analysts at zafaco GmbH evaluated the results for landline connections, applied the IMTEST grading system and then named two test winners (one national, one local provider).
The complete results will be announced on 1 July, 2022 in the IMTEST-Magazin, which is included as a supplement in all the daily papers published by the FUNKE media group and thus reaches almost one million readers. The article is of course also available online at www.imtest.de.
