Processing of personal data that you provide to us

If you contact us, we will process the data you provide to process your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract).

We will erase your data when it is no longer necessary after processing an enquiry or after termination of the contract. This does not apply to data which we are not yet allowed to erase due to legal obligations (e.g. documents which are to be retained according to tax law and commercial law) and data which we need to pursue legitimate interests, in particular for exercising claims or for direct marketing.

Period of storage

We endeavour to limit the processing of personal data to what is necessary. Data is therefore deleted when the processing is no longer necessary for the original purpose and there is no other lawful purpose which makes the processing necessary.

  • the right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR), i.e. the right to receive the data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit this data to another controller without hindrance by us; if necessary also the right to request that we transmit the data directly to another controller, insofar as this is technically feasible.

You have the right to object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes and, on grounds relating to your particular situation, also to the other processing of your data (Art. 21 GDPR).
